 - The Laundry Profits System

 - The Fast Track Vault

 - Any associated bonuses, downloadable materials, or resources provided through the member area or digital platforms

We Scale Creators LLC acts as a marketing and operational partner supporting certain aspects of the Company’s programs and services. References to the “Company” within enforcement and protective provisions include We Scale Creators LLC and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns.

By purchasing any product from the Company, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

The Company offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases of the digital products listed above.

 - the refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date

 - the request must be submitted to the Company’s support team at the contact email listed below

 - the purchaser must provide the email address used at checkout and proof of purchase

 - the purchaser must provide confirmation that they have reviewed and attempted to implement the program materials

Refund requests submitted after the thirty (30) day period will not be eligible for consideration.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company’s support team.

Refund requests should include:

 - full name

 - email address used for purchase

 - date of purchase

 - product purchased

 - reason for the refund request

The Company will review refund requests and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

If a refund is approved, the purchaser’s license to access the applicable product and any associated materials will terminate immediately.

 - all digital materials must be permanently deleted from the purchaser’s devices

 - the purchaser must cease using or accessing any program content

 - the purchaser must return all proprietary properties of the Company provided as part of the Programs

Continued use, distribution, or reproduction of program materials after a refund has been issued may constitute unauthorized use of intellectual property.

Refunds may be denied in circumstances including, but not limited to:

 - requests submitted after the thirty (30) day refund period

 - fraudulent refund claims

 - abuse of the refund policy

 - violation of the Terms of Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of misuse of program materials or repeated refund requests from the same individual.

By purchasing the Company’s products, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting the Company to attempt to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting the Company constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service.

In the event of a chargeback:

 - access to the purchased products may be terminated immediately

 - the Company may submit evidence of purchase and acceptance of the Terms of Service in the dispute process

 - the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of associated costs where permitted by law

The refund policy applies solely to the purchase price of the educational Programs. The Company does not guarantee any business results, income levels, revenue figures, or financial outcomes.

Dissatisfaction with personal business results, market conditions, or financial outcomes does not independently constitute grounds for a refund beyond the thirty (30) day guarantee period.

All content, materials, and resources provided through the Programs are educational in nature and are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Programs constitutes a guarantee, promise, or assurance of any kind.

There are no guarantees of any kind made through this content. The Company does not guarantee any specific results, income, revenue, profitability, or business outcome. Results are not guaranteed and will vary from individual to individual based on factors outside the Company’s control.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Programs, you fully and unconditionally agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless We Scale Creators LLC and Cambria Estates LLC (d/b/a Laundromat Girl), together with their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of, participation in, or reliance on the Programs.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes relating to this Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Company’s Terms of Service.
